Coralìa

Tucked inside a quiet residence in the centre of San Vito Lo Capo, Coralìa is a ground-floor home restored with care. Its old tufo stone walls hold the cool of the night through the warmest summer days, helped by air conditioning throughout.

Two double bedrooms open onto a bright living room with a kitchen and dining table. Outside, a private terrace with a large umbrella, table and outdoor kitchen is set for long lunches and slow evenings. The beach, the cafés and the town are a short walk away — yet far enough from the bustle of Via Savoia to sleep in peace.

Arrival — We welcome you in person between 16:00 and 19:00. Later arrivals can be arranged in advance.

Parking — The house has no private parking. Paid parking (blue lines) is available nearby, and there are attended and free car parks on Via La Goulette, 600 m – 1 km away. You may drive to the house to unload luggage before 18:00, when the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) becomes active.

On arrival — A final cleaning fee and the municipal tourist tax (€2 per person per night from age 10, up to 15 nights) are payable on arrival. As required by Italian law, we register a photo ID for every guest aged 10 and over.
