Behind a pair of Sicilian-blue shutters, Nerea is a newly renovated ground-floor home in a small, quiet residence in the heart of San Vito Lo Capo — just fifty metres from the beach.

The double bedroom, with its own en-suite shower room, is calm and light. The living area has a kitchenette and a comfortable day bed for two more guests, with a second bathroom beside it. Outside, your private terrace has an outdoor kitchen under the stairs, a dining table in the shade of a large umbrella, and a washing machine. Everything — the sand, the town, the restaurants — is within an easy stroll.

Arrival — We welcome you in person between 16:00 and 19:00. Later arrivals can be arranged in advance.

Parking — The house has no private parking. Paid parking (blue lines) is available nearby, and there are attended and free car parks on Via La Goulette, 600 m – 1 km away. You may drive to the house to unload luggage before 18:00, when the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) becomes active.

On arrival — A final cleaning fee and the municipal tourist tax (€2 per person per night from age 10, up to 15 nights) are payable on arrival. As required by Italian law, we register a photo ID for every guest aged 10 and over.
